To the school Fettes College

We arrived at Waverley station at 14:40. I was not sure if the train ticket was correct because I am not used to the accent as yet.

The actual ticket reads EDI/LON but we are going out of Glasgow! Turned out it is the same price! The terminal building is very pretty in the way how they used old building with new renovations. Exactly like we have seen on the chime channel (ne Jono - is presies soos ons op die TV sien! :D)

We took a black taxi, to the school where there was a bit of confusion over where we must go etc. Anyway, the taxi drove around and around for us. The school is set in a park with huge trees but the buildings are old made out if stone.
Front enterance ....

As we were driving up and down the block - out of the corner, we saw Herold and Karen on foot with their bags! Karen phoned and they came and opened the gate for us.

We actually arrived the same time as Jenny McWilliams who took the same train but she was 1 hour ahead of us.

The other boys arrived just after 15:00. The hosts are Peter (must be a stooge of sorts) and Jay who have been at the school for 10/11 years.

They made us do a fire drill practice in case of a fire. I am not sure if they think that we don't know what a fire looks like, but anyway. Good to know!

Supper at 5:30 was roll with ham. Chips, snackbat, apples and a water which we are in sitting on the lawn outside.

We went on the public bus to get to the office where we get our Tatoo tickets.

On bus ...

Edinburgh castle...!

Herold Hobson after bus dropped us off in a main road. Now we had to walk to get to the tickets office. It's was after 6 and it was very nice and warm and the sun was shining! But we were dressed in our jackets and I took by raincoat. Wow....! During the show it became very chilly and the were a chilly breeze. The stadium are on a top of the hill next to the castle.
